Question: CIS installation scope alongside the official Codex BMM plugin #46

I installed BMad Method at user level through the official Codex plugin (bmad-method@bmad, version 6.13.0-next). I'd like to use CIS alongside it.

Should CIS still be installed separately in each project using the BMad installer, or is there a supported user-level installation alongside that plugin?

The current skills reference project-local _bmad/cis/config.yaml and shared _bmad/scripts/ files, so I'm unsure how those dependencies should be initialized when BMM comes from the Codex plugin.

Could you clarify the recommended installation scope and setup steps for this combination? I'm asking about the supported workflow, rather than requesting a particular plugin implementation.
