The wallet, RPC response and network-selection regressions now have 69 offline tests, but the repository had no GitHub Actions workflow. This adds automatic TypeScript and regression checks for pull requests and pushes to main on Node.js 24.21.0, using lockfile dependency installation with lifecycle scripts disabled.

The workflow uses read-only repository permission, does not persist checkout credentials, pins official Actions to exact commits, bounds the job to ten minutes, and cancels superseded runs for the same PR/ref. English/Chinese READMEs document the commands. Product code, tests, dependencies and lockfile are unchanged; the job runs mocked offline tests without product credentials, registration, or deployment.

Validation: independent configuration review APPROVE; actual GitHub PR run https://github.com/blockvectra/agent-quickstart/actions/runs/39376198956 completed successfully on Node24.21.0, 69 passing tests, no skips, TypeScript check passed. After merge, actual main push run https://github.com/blockvectra/agent-quickstart/actions/runs/39376381975 also passed: Node24.21.0, 69 passing tests, no skips, locked dependency installation and TypeScript check succeeded. Main 773cfd55cecee851673856e541f6541818df2e92; 33 seconds from merge timestamp to the successful workflow terminal update. Branch protection was not changed; this is automated offline CI, not product deployment or live business validation.
