Fix for Spark Booster causing stuck echoes under some circumstances.
It appears to be reproduced under specific circumstances involving jumping or falling off a ledge, while moving downhill.
The fix leverages vanilla code part of the "cancel speedbooster" routine to properly setup echoes to merge back into Samus.
