environments.blanketops.dev/{controller,operator}-version labels were
stale (v0.4.3/v0.7.8) relative to releases cut today: environments-controller
v0.6.1 (Domain CR wiring, Knative/cert-manager scheme registration fix),
environments v0.8.2 (Route/Domain Teardown, release pipeline race fixes).
api-version (v0.2.9) and contract-version (v0.5.4) were already current.
Bumped across all 47 source manifests in config/, then regenerated
dist/install.yaml via `make build-installer` so the bundled installer
matches. Diff is label-only -- confirmed via git diff.
config/rbac/role.yaml already matches environments-controller's
generated RBAC (cert-manager Issuer/Certificate, Knative
ClusterDomainClaim rules for Domain were already present before
today's Domain CR wiring landed) -- no sync-rbac changes needed.
