environments.blanketops.dev/{api,contract,controller,operator}-version
labels were stale (v0.2.7/v0.5.1/v0.4.1/v0.7.6) relative to the
releases already cut this session: environments-api v0.2.9,
environments-contract v0.5.4, environments-controller v0.4.3,
environments v0.7.8. Bumped across all 47 source manifests in
config/, then regenerated dist/install.yaml via `make build-installer`
so the bundled installer matches. Verified with `make build-installer`
and `make validate` (server-side dry run against a live kind cluster)
— both clean.
