Closes #1712

Adds comprehensive step-by-step instructions for running a Bitcoin Core full node as a Tor hidden service (onion service).

What this adds:

  • Tor installation instructions for Linux, macOS, and Windows
  • torrc configuration for a Bitcoin hidden service
  • bitcoin.conf settings for Tor-only and Tor+clearnet operation
  • Verification steps using bitcoin-cli
  • Testing instructions
  • Privacy notes and best practices

Adds comprehensive step-by-step instructions for configuring Bitcoin Core
