Escape every non-identifier character when scoping SVG stylesheet selectors, including literal backslashes. Update the icon generator, generated icon module, table template, and embedded CLI assets together so regeneration and scaffolded projects retain the fix.
Addresses code-scanning alerts #1 and #2.
Validation: all 18 icon tests passed, including a new literal-backslash selector regression;
bun run check:cipassed (workspace typechecks, builds, and deployment dry runs).git diff --checkpassed.
