feat(tools): benchmark profile-kwarg passthrough + full-pipeline timing - #34

tools/benchmark.py gains --kwarg KEY=VALUE (int, repeatable; e.g. n_unique_threshold) and --full (time profile().to_dict(), not just query execution), plus median_seconds in the output. Reproduces the v0.1.24-vs-current perf comparison. Updates the tools-helpers test for the new key. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
