What changes: bump the last six bcgov/actions pins (workflow-results ×4, image-tracker ×2) from v0.9.0 to v0.11.0 (77e7b21), and update .deployer.yml image-tracker calls for the v0.11.0 inputs (package → packages, drop max_depth: 100 since 100 is now the default).
What could go wrong: promote_images must be one per line or a single name; v0.11.0 image-tracker no longer splits on commas or spaces (the .deployer.yml input description already says one per line).
How it was verified: v0.11.0 tag SHA checked live; image-tracker and workflow-results action.yml read at 77e7b21; no bcgov/actions/* pin is left off the suite SHA; CI on this PR.

Problem: after #140, six bcgov/actions pins were still on v0.9.0, so the suite was mixed against AGENTS.md ("All bcgov/actions/* references are pinned to the same suite release SHA").

  • pg-upgrade.yml, cert-expiry-tests.yml, oc-runner-commands.yml, pr-open.yml: workflow-results → v0.11.0 (only needs is passed; no input changes).
  • .deployer.yml (Resolve PR from images, Promote Images): image-tracker → v0.11.0, package: → packages:, max_depth: 100 removed. pr output and tags retag input are unchanged, so deploy-by-PR and retag keep working.

🟡 Changes recommended

Both image-tracker calls pass an unsupported input to v0.9.0, breaking PR resolution and image promotion.

Changes:

  • Updates four workflow-results pins to the v0.11.0 release SHA.
  • Migrates both image-tracker calls to packages and removes explicit max_depth settings, but leaves their pins on v0.9.0.
