Adds MindCloud to the Basecamp integrations directory.

MindCloud connects Basecamp with Salesforce and 3,100+ other apps for workflow automation.

Validation:

• Confirmed the icon is 256x256 PNG.
• Confirmed the description is under the 160 character limit.
• Confirmed the linked page references the Basecamp integration.
