Pass parameters to commands

At the moment only url, user and command type can be passed to the command builder:

new GitRequestBuilder("${cmd}",
                                  "http://localhost:8081/${repo}",
                                  "${user}"))

Would be useful to parameter as well

With adding also parameters to the single actions, I fear using only a csv file will become quite a mess. What do you think about using JSON instead? That would easily allow us to define a map for the parameters with variable size.
