Lyra locker functionality.
Allows developers to build public projects with a secret management system with lyra's powerful encryption.
Usage:
lyra locker initTo add a file to be secured, append it to the lyra locker file.
Before commit, make sure to run
lyra locker lockto encrypt all filesWhen you want to develop again, unlock the files with
