Description of changes:
This PR adds C++ wrappers for the
aws_credentials_provider_new_ssofunction, and the associated config struct. This will allow downstream projects like the AWS SDK for C++ to make use of the CRT implementation of the SSO credentials provider.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
