Changes to /01-tutorials/10-Agent-Registry because I am adding tutorial to set up registry with DCR and use it in Kiro MCP

User experience

User will be able to discover agentic capabilities from the AWS Agent Registry across your organization directly from your Kiro IDE, without writing a single line of code
