Merges master into v6-development so the two lines share history again and v6-development can later be merged into master without conflicts.

v6-development already has the functional changes from master (the SDK 58 plugin fix, the CI action bumps, the Android cause change in its v6 form from #1688, the web SSR fix and the Kotlin plugin guard). The merge adds only the v5.11.2 and v5.11.3 changelog entries and a comment wording change in Auth0ClientFactory.web.ts.

Conflicts were resolved in favour of v6-development: versions in .version, package.json and telemetry, android/build.gradle (Auth0.Android 4.1.0, New Architecture only), `A0Aumessages from #1688)
