…28) scripts/check-directory-size.sh: warns when a directory under frontend/src holds >15 flat *.ts/*.tsx source files (tests excluded), with a --gate ratchet vs .dirsize-baseline (may only shrink; a NEW oversized dir fails). Seeded baseline: components/ (58, EXAMPLE-DOMAIN) + hooks/ (16). Pure bash, additive. make check-directory-size / check-directory-size-gate. With this, pattern 07's cohesion + complexity(radon) + god-folder watchers all ship; only the eslint/TS complexity half remains (needs a flat config). Closes #28

Resubmit: this commit was on #27's branch but did not make the merge (timing — #27 merged at the complexity-only head). Re-applies it cleanly onto main.

Seeded: components/ (58, EXAMPLE-DOMAIN) + hooks/ (16). make check-directory-size / check-directory-size-gate. Verified exit 0.
With this, pattern 07's cohesion + complexity(radon) + god-folder watchers all ship; only the eslint/TS complexity half remains (the eslint-config PR activates it).
