learn-content-engine 0.38.0 gives each set field one owner (engine#246; a set manifest that disagrees with its root entry is an error) and 0.39.0 reads W-HINT-LENGTH for es/fr/it/pt/el hints. No schema change since 0.36.0, so only the pin moves; check_schema_drift.py reports in sync.
