Add CLI command to sync products that were updated between 2026-02-17 and 2026-02-19 but missed during regular sync. Includes proper date comparison using Date objects and updates mapped products in QBO. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
