Why this belongs in this milestone

Document the component-group changes merged in PR #61 before Andrew cuts the release.

What changed

• Add docs/releases/0.10.6.md covering group configuration, independent artifacts, watch/reload behavior, extension loader isolation, compatibility and upgrade guidance.
• Document empty watches remaining active and unreadable existing directories raising errors.
• Describe explicit entrypoint return-code forwarding as defensive: Symfony already propagates command statuses with auto-exit enabled. Remove the inaccurate claim of a prior false-success regression.

What did not change

No runtime source, dependencies, tags, release branches or releases changed.

Verification

• Checked the notes against merged source, the previous entrypoint and the installed Symfony implementation.
• The JSON example parses and whitespace checks pass.
• Existing unchanged runtime evidence: full level-8 analysis and 233 tests, 1073 assertions, one existing skip on Ubuntu PHP 8.4.26 and 8.5.11.
• No redundant local runtime suites or manual CI dispatches; normal PR checks apply.

User impact

Release documentation and upgrade guidance for Console 0.10.6.
