This project features an Excel-based interactive dashboard built using Uberβs 2024 dataset containing over 1 million rows of ride data. The dashboard consolidates large-scale data into actionable insights on bookings, revenue, vehicle types, cancellations, and ratings, presented with a design aligned to Uberβs brand style.
The dashboard was developed to analyze Uber ride data across different dimensions such as revenue, vehicle type, cancellations, and ratings. It delivers clear, data-driven insights and allows interactivity through slicers (Quarter/Month) to evaluate business performance effectively.

- Total Bookings & Revenue β 148.77K total bookings generated $51.43M in revenue.
- Booking Status Breakdown β 92.25K successful bookings, 47.59K cancelled bookings, and 8.93K incomplete bookings; overall cancellation rate at 37.99%.
- Vehicle Type Performance β Auto was the most booked vehicle, generating $12.75M revenue and covering 620.72K Km, followed by Go Mini with $10.6M revenue and 497.09K Km travelled.
- Payment Methods β UPI was the top method collecting $25.1M, while Debit Card was the least used at $4.15M.
- Seasonality β Peak booking month was July 2024 with 12.8K bookings.
- Ratings β Customers rated Go Sedan the highest, while drivers rated Uber XL the highest.
