add time feature in TASK section.

📌 Description

currently the task adding section only allow selecting date which can create a bit of confusion so I add a time adding setting that allow add due time along with due date.

• Add a clean native add time section
• make a native clock UI theme to let add time of the task
• Create a section of due'time on the dashboard
• Keep everything accurate to the theme and Ui
