What changed
Why
The README had current version pins but still read like an early technical handoff. The new structure makes the product value, fastest trial, proof, interfaces, and boundaries understandable before a visitor reaches the implementation details. The growth-log change keeps the first promotion experiment auditable while GitHub traffic is still within its rolling window.
Impact
New visitors can try FixMap in one command, choose the appropriate interface, inspect the evidence behind the ranking claims, and understand what FixMap does not promise. Maintainers retain the detailed security, fork-PR, development, and evaluation guidance.
