fix(audio): restore Pocket FIT and Elite speaker volume

Restore normal speaker volume on both KONKR Pocket FIT variants.

• Pocket FIT Elite: initialize both AW88261 PCM gains to 360 / 0 dB when speakers are enabled, correcting the 22.5 dB attenuation from a restored value of 270.
• Pocket FIT (8 Gen 3): enable the WSA macro companders, initialize both WSA8845 PA controls to 17 (hardware index 14 / unity), and control both digital RX volumes together. The unity PA initialization prevents distorted or unstable output from the common sequence's PA value of 12.

The 8 Gen 3 configuration requires armada-packages#79. Before merging, update KERNEL_PKG to a package containing that patch so both changes ship in the same image.
