docs: add TweetClaw memory workflow

Summary

• add an example for using TweetClaw to gather public X/Twitter signals before storing reviewed summaries in Membase
• include examples/ in the package files list so the README link survives npm packing
• remove a broken GitHub user-attachment banner and point package repository metadata at this repo
• declare Biome and refresh the schema URL so bun run lint resolves the documented formatter
