Not In Use
A customer requested this feature, and I wanted to see if this could be pulled up in case other customers have this same use case.
The idea is having a string that is prepended on any existing description, for an interface without LLDP neighbors. This serves to preserve the old description if the interface is temporarily down, with a designation that this is stale or not otherwise in use, with the string of the user's choice.
