Refresh the API schema and generated types, including group roles, block cover images, and usernames.
Add arena.groups.updateMember() and useUpdateGroupMember().
Expose the new rate-limit headers and fix retry timing, cancellation, and error messages.
Update the docs and add regression tests.
All 54 tests pass. Builds, type checks, lint, and regeneration checks pass. Live smoke test skipped.
Group.default_role is now required, and member roles now include viewer and admin.
