This is mainly to start a discussion on potential adjustments to the RPi 3 instructions. I originally suggested [on the Arch wiki]](https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Talk:Raspberry_Pi), but was directed here instead. The main edits:
bcm2835)i2cdevice permissions and added a note about usingudevFeel free to suggest other changes (should I replace all
2708instances with2835) and I'll make them. I'm a bit new to the RPi, so I didn't want to edit further than I have experience so far.
