Feature/huawei cloud scanning - "Added Huawei Cloud Scanning Support for ECS, VPC, and OBS”

This PR adds Huawei Cloud scanning to CloudSploit:

• Collectors for ECS, VPC, and OBS using @huaweicloud/huaweicloud-sdk-* and esdk-obs-nodejs.
• Plugins for ECS disk encryption, VPC flow logs, OBS bucket encryption, and public access checks.
• Updated index.js, engine.js for Huawei integration.
• Enhanced .gitignore to exclude config.js, node_modules, etc.
• Added collectors/huawei/ and plugins/huawei/ for Huawei-specific checks.
• Tested in ap-southeast-3 with environment variables (no secrets).

Changes:

• Modified index.js, engine.js, package.json.
• New collectors/huawei/* and plugins/huawei/*.
• Updated .gitignore for safety.
