When cgroup v2 delegation is unavailable (e.g. AWS Lambda MicroVMs), stripping only cgroup_* left clone_newcgroup: true, causing NsJail to attempt creating cgroup v1 directories under /sys/fs/cgroup/memory and exit with code 255 (No such file or directory).

Summary
When cgroup v2 delegation is unavailable (e.g. inside AWS Lambda MicroVMs),
entrypoint.shstripscgroup_*directives into a fallback config/tmp/sandbox-no-cgroup.cfg. However,clone_newcgroup: truewas left in the config. In NsJail, when
clone_newcgroupis true withoutuse_cgroupv2, NsJail unconditionally attempts to create a cgroup v1 directory under/sys/fs/cgroup/memory/NSJAIL/NSJAIL.<pid>. On modern Linux kernels (AL2023, Debian, etc.), cgroup v1 does not exist, causingmkdir()to fail withNo such file or directoryand NsJail to terminate with exit code 255.Fix
SANDBOX_USE_CGROUPV2 != trueor cgroup v2 setup fails, bothcgroup_*andclone_newcgrouplines are stripped from the NsJail configuration./mnt/data.
