Remove Apple signing/notarization and Homebrew tap steps so the fork can publish ad-hoc-signed release ZIPs to its own GitHub Releases with no repository secrets and no writes to the upstream Homebrew tap. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
