Adds a Cache Channels section to the README: publishing to a
cache-,private-cache-orpresence-cache-channel keeps the last event for 30 minutes, so a client that subscribes after the publish still receives it. Includes atriggerexample on aprivate-cache-channel.Docs only, no code change. Presence-cache relies on https://github.com/apinator-io/backend/pull/47.
