print file md5 tip to info log when wal-g uploading compressed files

i am using wal-g to execute archive_command in pg.
i want wal-g to print a md5 tip when uploading WAL file to remote storage, which will help me check whether the file uploaded is identical to remote files.
currently i think md5 sum will work.
