Use the normal IR constructors in script namespaces so argument names, defaults and validation agree. Rename the Call result-type keyword to
ty, expose its explicit unchecked path for lossless raw printing, and reuse the ordinary Range and Relax value constructors.Forward TIRx operation arguments through their normal contracts and remove obsolete ignored dtype arguments from downstream consumers. Retain annotation, module-context and variadic dtype adapters where script syntax requires them.
