Name the script annotation Tensor and its structural type TensorType. Align allocation and declaration constructors, native operators, reflection, and script printing with alloc_tensor and decl_tensor while preserving their storage and layout contracts.
Keep the TFLite FlexBufferType schema name independent of TIRx tensor type terminology.

Rename the TIRx annotation to T.Tensor and its structural type to tirx.TensorType. Align allocation and declaration helpers, registered Ops, builders, reflection, printing, and consumers with alloc_tensor and decl_tensor while preserving storage and layout semantics, including declaration-without-data allocation.
