The website says Iggy has client libraries for eight languages and the repository carries foreign/php, but the README named seven: the six with published packages, plus C++ as work in progress. PHP was missing. It sits with C++ rather than in the bulleted list, because that list points at published packages and the PHP extension has none.

Rationale
The website says Iggy has client libraries for eight languages, and
foreign/phpis in the repository, but the README lists seven. What changed?
The README's SDK section listed six languages with published packages, plus C++ named below as work in progress. PHP was absent entirely, so a reader coming from the website counts seven and wonders which one the site means.
