What is the purpose of the change

Document the implicit uid argument for FROM_CHANGELOG and TO_CHANGELOG. With PARTITION BY, both functions default to their name as UID, so invoking the same function multiple times in one job requires a unique uid per invocation. This was only explained in the general PTF guide.

Brief change log

• Add uid to the syntax and parameter tables of FROM_CHANGELOG and TO_CHANGELOG
• Add a Multiple Invocations section with a STATEMENT SET example
