Avoid temporary Boolean buffers when filtering in BatchCoalescer #11920

InProgressBooleanArray::copy_rows_by_filter_from currently calls the general filter kernel, materializing temporary value and validity buffers before immediately copying them into the coalescer's builders.

Filter the source bitmaps directly into the builders now that #11867 supports appending packed words to NullBufferBuilder.

The specialized path should preserve sliced bitmap offsets, null filter entries being treated as false, and lazy output validity for inputs without actual nulls.
