scheduler and triggerer words are component of Airflow ( all the docs refer to this specific words )
metaDatabase is an english shortcut for metadata database
the current fr translation is a shortcut of "Base de données de Metadonnées" (that would be way to verbose) but the current shorcut have a weird meaning ("meta" almost mean "Next-level" for french people ) .
dagProcessor -> analyse is not the same than processing , let's keep the same words that here are transparent
lastHeartbeat -> "Dernier battement" is a weird litteral translation
