Add memray_detailed_tracing option for deeper memory profiling

Across several memray profiling sessions (#65706, #65121), enabling native_traces and trace_python_allocators consistently helped narrow down memory leaks in greater detail. This PR adds a boolean config to toggle both options together, along with the corresponding documentation.
