Add a Unified Thrift Server. Improve Thrift Client/Handler Usage (TCP -> RPC)

• replace client calls inside core services with direct handler calls (they all currently start on same JVM).
• add "all" start mode for unified, multiplexed thrift svc.
• the api can be started in unified thrift service mode by passing all instead of api-orch.
