Backup ray_dist.jar at build time: Download the Ray wheel from PyPI and extract ray_dist.jar to /opt/ray-jars-backup/
Patch the pre-start script: Append code to /opt/anyscale/ray-prestart that restores ray_dist.jar to the Ray installation after Anyscale's optimized Ray is applied
