Plainly had an unbounded paid rewrite endpoint, builder runtime dependencies, a broken Google-only toggle and draft overwrite/persistence risks. This release runs as a standalone Node app, keeps local checking free, disables AI rewriting by default and adds persistent shared request ceilings for optional rewriting.
Validation: clean install, typecheck, existing tests, product regression checks, production build and local Chromium browser smoke passed. Production dependency audit reported zero known vulnerabilities. See docs/VALIDATION.md for scope and limitations.
Deployment: docs/RELEASE.md and deploy/nginx.conf. No public deployment or live payment/model transaction was performed. Real merchant/provider/domain settings remain operator configuration.
Portfolio recommendations: docs/REPO_DISPOSITION.md. No repositories were deleted or archived.
