Page resolver in sm new scaffold drops nested pages — Users admin page unreachable #84

Fixed in #87 — the page resolver glob and regex now accept nested .tsx pages. import.meta.glob('./pages/**/*.tsx') and /\/pages\/(.+)\.tsx$/ allow paths like pages/Users/Index.tsx to register correctly. Same fix applied to the in-tree host/client_app/pages.ts. Verified in framework/cli/simple_module_cli/templates/host/client_app/pages.ts.
