sm new scaffold doesn't call configureI18n — every t() returns raw key #83

Fixed in #87 — the scaffold's host/client_app/app.tsx now calls configureI18n() from props.initialPage.props.i18n on boot and listens to router.on('success', …) to call updateI18n() on locale transitions. Verified in framework/cli/simple_module_cli/templates/host/client_app/app.tsx.
