Summary
EmailandRateLimitingmodule.csprojfiles to Stage 2 (dotnet restore) in the DockerfileEmailandRateLimitingmodulepackage.jsonfiles to Stage 3 (npm restore) in the DockerfileBoth modules were added in #63 and #64 but the Dockerfile was not updated, causing the build to fail.
Test plan
docker build -t simplemodule .completes successfully (all 107 steps, exit 0)
