Summary

Adds repeatable rule-level ignore controls to RunbookProof scans.

Changes

• Added the --ignore-rule RULE_ID option
• Supports multiple --ignore-rule arguments
• Normalizes rule IDs case-insensitively
• Validates rule IDs against the RunbookProof rule format
• Removes ignored findings from text output
• Removes ignored findings from JSON output
• Removes ignored findings from SARIF output
• Excludes ignored findings from severity and finding counts
• Recalculates exit codes after ignored findings are removed
• Updated the README with usage examples
• Added focused CLI tests
