    PowerShell module 'Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive' not loaded. Run Import-Module Microsoft.PowerShell.Archive to load it. Then retry Expand-Archive command.

Fixed by #4. The Windows installer no longer calls Expand-Archive; it now extracts the downloaded ZIP through System.IO.Compression.ZipFile and uses basic web parsing for Windows PowerShell 5.1. The real remote install/uninstall path passes in both Windows PowerShell 5.1 and PowerShell 7. Please reopen this issue if the problem persists.
