Updated Global config section to document XDG_CONFIG_HOME support. Config is loaded from $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/opencode/opencode.json when set, falling back to ~/.config/opencode/opencode.json by default.
Updated references to global config files to link to the detailed config locations documentation instead of duplicating XDG_CONFIG_HOME information across multiple pages.

Extends the "Global" section in the "Config" page to correctly OpenCodes preference of the XDG base directories when set.
Adjusts other locations where the global configuration is incompletely assumed to be only in
~/.config/opencodewith backlinks to the "Config" page or small notes that the actual behavior is more complex.
