When a checkbox or slide toggle is bound to a signal forms field whose schema uses `required()`, signal forms set the component's `required` input and also run the component's own validator. This resulted in two `required` errors, and the one from the component doesn't have the message from the schema, which hides it when using `getError('required')`.
These changes skip the component's `required` validation when it's bound to a signal forms field, since the schema already handles it.
Fixes angular#33945.
