Bumps the packages for the Stackblitz starter to v22.2 packages.
Process: I'm not sure what the formal process is beyond CI checks, but I just opened a current docs v22.1 Stackblitz then ran
ng update @angular/cli @angular/coreand thenng update @angular/material @angular/cdk. Then I changed into that directory and didnpm i. Then to test it manually I ran the docs and opened a few Stackblitz examples.Closes #33865
